People who haven't done so, post up your pics !

It takes a lot of guts to post up your pics but this is just a post to encourage you guys to post them up !

Not only does it allow people to see where your coming from when you give advice, but it also gives you the chance to:

a) see what it is like to get feedback on your physique from people that do and don't know what their talking about
b) receive criticism
c) receive praise
d) get used to the feeling of being photographed

I will soon be posting up my first leg shots, which is a bit scary for me, as I really think they suck in comparison to my upper body, but i encourage everybody to do the same.

Also, i would say that its a good idea to block your face out if you do not want to be identified for whatever reason.

i have some more pics on my camera but i left the cable at someones house, and that somone isnt too happy with me at the minute
