Last six months have been shit as I'm trying to juggle a full time law degree which gets really stressful but last month or so has been good and my diet never slips. I'm 21.5 now so I guess around 5 years. The only reason I really posted these was to let everyone know who they are taking advice off. As in what relative condition I am in. One thing I think I have definately learnt (or rather got rammed down my throat) by you, lol is the value of experience. So I don't really like guys who try to hand out knowledge they obviously don't have. Like if you give anyone advice on bulking hell they have to listen. So I figured this would give ppl a better idea of whether or not to take advice from me. Obviously its not definative I mean I know guys with great knowledge in awful shape and some genetically gifted guys who have never heard of dbol. Seen as I look quite similar to this now any constructive criticism? I promise I can take it this time around |

| Banned Making Progress | motivation has been a problem for over a year now, in my 20's being big was the most important thing to me but now i just really do enough to maintain plus i've gained a few niggleing injuries over the years and sometimes training just hurts to dam much. i just got back from holiday 3 weeks ago, had 3 weeks away 2 in the maldives and 1 in london only trained once while away and that was only chest. all the locals on the island pilled in the gym to watch me and i was too embarrased to do any more lmao, and only trained once since i got back and protein has been minimal but i've lost nothing in those weeks... go figure. me arms till tape 20" pumped the best i ever got was 20.5" |

Garry what does it feel like to be obviously huge so that when you are strutting around on teh beach, do people look at you amazed? Does that make u a bit self concious or boost your morale? Also, i just wanna add that tom (young gun) is actually bigger than those pictures give him justice for, definitely filled out since they were taken. seriously tom, your arms looks far bigger now. | Banned Making Progress | i aint huge bud but big ye. some people make a big fuss but ye get use to people looking at ye, you must get it yourself. when in london a guy was promoteing some biscuits in marks and spencer he had a little stage and microphone and started shouting me then came over grabbed me and took me over to the stand. he told everyone that if they ate his biscuits theyd look like me and then asked me to do some poses so i legged it down the wine aisle lol, i get embarrassed when that stuff happens but it does make ye feel good. tom from ye pics it looks like everything is comeing on in proportion nothing looks to be lagging behind but i think it was u who posted about how many sets u train and i think your prob over doing it. get the new pics posted lets see what you've done from what nick says it sounds like your makeing good gains |

When i went to morrocco this year i was often wearing a vest because it was so hot. the locals couldnt really believe it because they have very low protein diets out there, shouting like EHHHH BIG MAN and stuff like that Was in Reading about 6 months ago, this guy dressed as a big pair of ears (yes..) was promoting a charity in the middle of an urban shopping district, he turns round and sees me, started doing double bicep poses and going RAAAAAAAR. i was there with poom at the time. it was pretty funny but embarassing. I get it a bit when i go home too (i.e. essex, where i grew up and went to school ) - last time i went back this girl said to me, who i hadn't seen for 3 years, god nick, i heard you got into bodybuilding but you are HUGE! Its definitely a motivator but sometimes u just wanna blend into the background and not be seen !! Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |
