Default This is how out of shape I am...Need to tone up...A LOT!

THis is my current physique, if I can call it that! ops:
I will post another pic in a month or so. Hopefully there will be a bit of a change by then????....I Hope!!

its not that bad mate, im 5ft11" i was 17st, now 13st still wouldnt have the bottle to put my pic on here though, i still wont go swimming either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You aren't actuallyt that bad mate, sure you could be bigger and more ripped but you should see me at the moment as I've just started my cutting routine. If you stuck to a super strict diet and training programme for 12-14 weeks I'm sure you'd look great. ;-)

uv got a decent foundation to start from mate. you just need to eat and train well for a while. and you could be a lomg way nearer to the body you want in 6months if u really want it enough. good effort for posting pix. i think i might pluck up the courage soon and stop being a pussy.

Thats not bad mate, don't worry too much about your personal image.
Have to be positive for things to work.
Im sure if you train hard and eat well you will see some changes within a month.
I'd like it very much if you could post the old and new pics on my website (signature) as im keen to see how your getting on.

Breakfast:

Yakult

Lunch:
