very good shape and extremely cut mate, looking very good.

depending on your aims I think that you need to work on your arms a little, hit the biceps triceps to really bring out good size.

pack on the mass and u'll be a monster

couldnt agree more! calves and arms not good-have had back probs for 4 years -i hope if i continue with compound exercises my arms will grow with my body-not to bothered about arms i hate my calves and they`re my priority,but mike matarazo i`ll never be! appreciate the compliments boys :shock: 100% herbal dude.

good pix m8, your shredded! im not really 1 to say what u shud do but maybe pack on sum size around ur delts and arms. keep up the good work. Have you used any gear? how the **** do i go about getting that cut?any tips?

would you beleive i`m 15% bodyfat at the mo -i`m normally about 13-and have been down to 10-i didnt feel strong and my face looked really thin-i`m desperately trying to put some weight-but still naturally(did a few supp`s recently,but no ph)i really dont enjoy eating so it`s hard work for me to put even a pound on.i just do everything i can-eat clean 6-7meals day-walk loads and rest even more-i dont know if you`ve noticed this ,but lots of people with 6 paks have bad calves-some people can put loads of weight on-i was a 9-9.5 stone ectomorph-i was dead pleased with those pics because i dont look that good in the mirror-you just got to make the most of the shape you got-my first goal is 12 stone and it it still seems a mile away!wish i knew the magic formulae for fat loss sitries -oh yeah -i hardly ever do sit ups! 8)

i come from the land of the turkey - bootifull.if my scales are wrong no wonder i looked thin faced at 10%-i try to go by how i look in the mirror rather than scales-sayin` that 10 stone 13 this morning on an empty stomach(at 5"8 3/4")woo - hoo!i always take the dogs out 2x a day-so why is i`m standing in turds when i`m positioning myself hurriedly for the camera-ha ha.great web site steve-what dogs you got? 8)

tat`s r ok, but better from a distance-yeah` mate get a dog- i feel silly walking without one-if you get a staffie get it to socialize with plenty of other dogs when its young-best of both worlds with a mini bully-you get the head of a bully with the muscles of a staff and the instincts and brains of homer j simpson.
