Default some pics

hiya!

here's 2 pics of me recently, i'd be grateful if you guys/girls could tell me what i need to work on, good points, bad points, bf etc.. i'm not sure on the posing stuff so i just tried my best for the photos! i use to work my legs but not for about the past year or 2 as i've had some back probs but have slowly started working them again... they arent in the pics as they look like sticks lol ops: thanks!

In very good shape.

Good arm size and vascularity, an obviously good shaped midsection (but perhaps could be more cut for the abs to be brought out even more, especially the lower abs), chest i think is your lacking part.

I take it your at the end of a cut? I estimate your BF to be in the region of 10%.

hiya, thanks for your comments, yeah my chest never seems to grow, still trying tho! -any ideas would be great. i'm at this shape all year round, i'm about to start cutting next week to get rid of the fat on my lower abs! - i blame the vodka and redbull for that!

thanks, yeah i'm concentrating more on isolation excercises for chest now, i've been told that i'm a shoulder guy when benching so thats why my chest ain't growing. back is fine but legs are weak as i havent really trained them due to a lower back prob, but getting back into it now 8)

hiya, goals- bigger chest lol to put on another lean 7lbs and to lose more fat in the next 3 months is my short term goal. not going for the big bb look, more of a big powerful athletic look. can't be too big as i train alot in mixed martial arts, need to keep my speed and endurance at good rate otherwise i'll be gassing out in the later rounds!

i'm a shoulder guy when benching to, try pulling your shoulder blades closer together before lifting the weight and press them into the bench when lifting this will bring your pecs into play more.
