its mandarin chinese, ive got those three tats and the stars on my shoulders. funny thing is my stars used to come farther down my shoulders till i started working them! now they kind of sit on top, that was when i knew i was doing something with delts but only been focusing on them really since last cycle. i was too caught up with trying to work chest, i was flat, really bad before. but then my bud pointed out that i was getting chest and tris and it made my delts (or lack thereof) look too pointy! this is good, i think ill put new pics on there week by week thru my cycle, see if i can look like a mini garry!

yeah, chest and tris with no shoulders is a really bad look . kinda sloping. I think deltoid development is the most important aspect of the ideal shape .

your piCs look alright mate, how many cycles u done ?

yeah, chest and tris with no shoulders is a really bad look . kinda sloping. I think deltoid development is the most important aspect of the ideal shape .

lifting about two years, the first was kinda hit and miss though so been really hard at it for a year. one cycle so far, it was 8 weeks long, 400mg/week of sust 250, 400mg/week of deca and dbol 40mg/day for 3 weeks. small cycle but i was just starting. i did lift in high school and did some fitness stuff in the service just to keep from going looney on the boat but i think i starteed really training for bb 2 years ago. and just in case you were wondering what my next cycle is going to be its in my training journal!

I was thinking of taking Deca & D-Bol and as well as "Winnstrol" for a short time but dont know... hmmmmm I got stuck in the middle of nowhere... shall I or shall I not!!?

i dont do much cardio really, i used to and i was losing a couple pounds a week. i stopped as i wanted to start bulking and im probably going to throw cardio back in at the end of the cycle, last 3 or 4 weeks probably. i know the tren is going to burn some fat too. i have a few new pics that arent shaky and a little lighter that ill post in a few minutes.

ok, new pics are up on my yahoo site. the younger kid in there is my tp's little bro. he is 17, rat bastard and his genetics! all of these pics are taken cold.
