| Making Progress Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 331 Rep Power: ![]() | hi mate - dont go by those electronic tantia scales as they are shit My old training partner had the same probs as you bro but he wasnt quiet as tall - think he was 6ft 1. When he began training he was that height at about 10 st and trained hard to reach 18st - chemically enhanced after 3-4yrs of training but still a huge difference. Seems your metabolism is in over drive bro so my advice is to you **** abs,stirations and veins eat everything that aint nailed down and you will grow. Heres an example of how my mate used to eat to grow - after every meal he had an n-large2 with milk which was 800cals alone on top of the meal which was roughly 500-600 cals totaling 1400cals a sitting!! I seen he eating 6-7000 cals a day when on the juice - this is the kind of dedication it takes to grow past your natural potential. Thing about a hard gainer is when they do reach 16-17st they need to keep eating big to maintain the size or they will drop mass very quick unlike a endomorph. Another guy i know eats about 2 sandwiches a day and maybe pasta for tea and the ****er grows like a weed on barely nothing - saying that he cant loose weight to save his life lol So next time your bulking on a cycle dont be affraid to knock those cals up bro good luck |

| Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: florida usa Posts: 642 Rep Power: ![]() | yeah, i gain really quick and cant seem to burn the fat ive already got. but my training partners little bro was a real hard gainer, about a year ago he was a skinny 16 y.o. kid with pointy little titties and twig arms, now that we got him to eat anything that doesnt move fast enough to get away and took him to the gym the little ****er is bigger proportionately that us, you'd think he would have the common desency to not show us up!! bastard. keep up the good work tho and keep us posted. i never realized how much nad it took to post pics until i did it. ______________________ that which does not kill me only serves to make me stronger. |

Posts: 573 Rep Power: ![]() | i'm gradualy eating more and more every day and its starting to total to a lot now plus i having 3 gain shakes a day at 750 cals each (50g protien & 100g Carbs) ill try and write down what i eat each day and post it up today this is what i remember eating im sure theres more, i've been building this up for a wile now eating slowley but constantly lots of water (but not enuff) 3 gain shakes as above + 9 d-bol split in to 3's 8 hours apart, multi vit 6 eggs (omlet with salad cream) bowl of cherieos toast with philly cheese on it large bowl of pasta with chicken brest deep fill chicken and stuffing sandwhich large pasta bake with tons of cheese on top a few banans box of granola bars 100g pistasio nuts some small kinder choc bars Sam 8) |

Posts: 573 Rep Power: ![]() | added another picture i took today (all)most muscular shot. as it might give you some idea how hard i'm finding it to bulk up. http://www.ofoto.co.uk/BrowsePhotos....1&sort_order=0 i've never cut up or anything and have been eating a hell of a lot (see last post for an idea) i've just started taking flax seed caps as i hear they can help bulk up but dont know anythin else about em? also as i said earler i spend most of my time eating now what's it going top be like if i get to 18/19 stone? anyone got anyideas?
