weight bout 11 stone 7 lbs

lookin good mate as steve said very solid good muscle size and proportion and no obviously week areas, body fat looks ok as well. id have said you weighed more like, you must have hollow bones mate.

its about 3 n a half years, a think a started at 16 n a half, a was on
and off 2 start with wasnt takin it seriously but the last yr yr and a half maybe av bn beastin it, its so addictive now. am stuck really cos a can only go wen a get a lift off ma mate cos a cant drive or walk cos the its always pishin down here in glasgow!

wot about gettin a bench and some free weights at home bud, would keep your training more consistent. but well done you got great potential.

not at all lol! av bn really bad with ma diet to be honest! am a supervisor in tesco now and trying to eat right with ccanteen food is jus bollocks.
a would be glad of diet tips. a personal trainer at ma gym has a diet for cuttin up but its extreme lol.

a chicken breast and a small piece of potatoe every 5 hrs and just water, that last weeks leadin up to a competition!

you remind me alot of myself at your age, i didn't bother with diet back the really either.

you need to get 1.5 grams of protein and 2 grams of carbs per lb of bodyweight a day so for your weight that shudn't be too difficult but eat for the weight you want to be not the weight you are, do this and you shud make steady gains. get as many of the complex carbs as possible keep sugars to a minimum, rice & pasta are excellent.
