Default about 1 week into a hardcore ephedrine and cardio cut

What do you think??

I plan to do about 2 or 3 weeks more cut on eca , which should strip the rest of my fat off, should be pretty defied by then, the fat from my belly pecs and armpits gone. also will bring out the vascularity in my arms i think (i miss my bicep vein )

comments? even if u wanna cuss me please say what u think? and check out my other pictures and see if i've changed/worsened/improved.

oh and excuse the silly facial expression, i was tensing.

btw, the picture was taken cold (literally, the heating is broken and was shivering), late at night after lots of food, without any pumping exercises.

(just my excuses...... hehe)

How old are you kid, how long you been training your looking pretty good but if i were you I'd concentrate on adding more mass before cutting up that just slows your progress put on some more size then cut. But be proud of what you've achieved so far well done!

only been training seriuosly for about 9 months but about 4 years total

I know, but have to cut sometimes, then i'm gonna clean bulk dont u worry.,

think its difficult to tell compared to ure creatine course pics bcoz there very different u look a hell of alot more cut thou shame u didnt measure ure bf at the end of summer.

Your overall shape is really good an you are progressing good. I would say forget the cutting though, just add some mass for a good year and then cut up. You will gain the muscle to help burn fat. As garry said, it severely slows your progress. I used to have to cut all the time but you need to fight that impulse.

Dont worry about losing your abs and definition for a bit while bulking, they do return. And dont worry about your BF percentage as you will find it v hard to get your weight up.

i agree with the above,

i think alot of people get hooked into this bodyfat thing, and are scared to let it rise.

to build huge muscles your gonna have to gain some bodyfat, unless you take boat loads of gear.

very good progress, youve got a good foundation to pack the mass on.

Just got back from the gym, shrugged 170kgs for 8 reps (although shit form i think)

things are going good, i think i'm the best shape i've ever been. 10 days or so left on this cut and i will post final pictures, i am posting a few up tomorrow after a night on the piss to show further results. eca is amazing supp
