hey dont supose you used ot train in a gym called reps did u i sware ive seen u used ot train in that gym im prolly wrong but who nos lol, it dont say where ur from on your profile thats y i ask

there an LA muscle gym in the batty city brighton up the south coast from its well expensive but minde u there are like 30 bodybuilders down there who compete and hve one quite a bit

LA gym is in Easton in Bristol near Old Market and the Evening Post building.
A proper gym where you can pay on the door rather than a health club.
Lots of weights and its on 2 floors- costs 3.50 to get in which is quite reasonable...

Everything-free weights, machines ,cardio-nothing high tech just good old fashioned heavy duty equipment...
