Reckon im pretty lean and have a decent physique but im too small hence my first ph cycle. Im nearly 21 for any1 thinking im really young to do ph's the pic does seem to make me look really young. It was also over 2 months ago so im over half a stone heavier now althou some of it wil be fat thanx to christmas and the gym being closed. All comments welcome and il try not to get wound up if i get too much criticism althou im not promosing anything lol.

| yeah I know how important my first cycle with be so im gona be absolutely mega strict with the diet and completely focus on my training and basically just get as much out of it as I possibly can. Every gym session im just gona rip the hinges off the doors if u get what i mean and really try to achieve as much as i possibly can from it. It pisses me off when i see people taking ph's or steroids and not using them as well as they possibly can i just dont see the point in approaching things half arsed but then im like that with everything i guess. Cheers for the feedback ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman. | |

You already have good chest development, but it looks as though you may be starting to get the "hunched" look of a guy who does too much chest work and not enough back work. Of course, it may just be the picture...but a common trend among younger guys is having the chest overpower the back and the triceps overpower the biceps. The most glaring lack of proportion is generally legs v.s. upper body. Give us a picture of the wheels why don't you! I recommend training back with hamstrings or back with biceps. Your biceps already look good so a few intense sets after training back (always after back, never before) should be fine. Build that back man, you already have a small waist, if you increased your back width you would have an awesome V-taper. You should also concentrate on the back thickness as well. That will give you good front-to-back thickness when viewed from the side (check my picture). Base your back training around deadlifts, barbell or dumbell rows, chin-ups (skip the lat pulldowns) and shrugs with dumbells. Try 4 sets of each exercise : a warm-up set of 12-15 reps followed by 3 all-out sets of 10, 8, 6 reps. For the chins, if you cannot perform 15 reps, just do 4 sets to failure. If you can do 12-15 reps for chins then do so for your warm-up followed by 3 working sets with weight hanging from your waist (hopefully your gym has a weight belt...if not, purchase one). Best of luck, GTF ______________________ You don't win friends with salad |

Thanx for the advice one of my training buddies owns a dipping belt (weight belt) so yeah use it. Reckon it may be the picture to an extent upper back is my strongest bodypart can do 30 chins with no weight and i mean full arm extension on every rep so i warm up with 5kg and generally use 10 3 sets to failure then always have a go with the 15 to failure usually works out about 12-15, 8,8,7,4 suprising how much difference the little extra weight makes. Althou i am always strong on exercises where the resistance is ure bodyweight bcoz im only 168 (up from 148 in summer) like press ups I could do all day. Is possible my lower back is having this effect though as I have really advanced in the past 5 months and for most of this time due to niggling injury's haven't been able to perform deadlifts or bent over barbell rows. Something I really focus on now in the gym and am going to smash in my cycle. thanx for the comments and advice GT ![]() ______________________ In This country you gotta make the money 1st, then when u get the money, u get the power, then when u get the power, u get the woman.

"lol my thighs are actually in pretty good shape to an extent bcoz im a footballer my calves are so shit though its one of the things im trying to concentrate on now and isnt all my fault genetics played a part they have always been wank. I do consider myself a bodybuilder so i do train my legs just as hard or atleast now I do" this reminds me of me, i had very small calved pass onto me,,,, i have found away of bringing the calves up, very heavy weight, what i have to do at the gym is add extra weight to the machine, we are currently doing reps with 400kg on the standing calve and it seems to be working, training them every 2-3 days |
