I have a keen interest in nabba figure as my girlfriend competes. it seems to me you look a little a awkward in your quarter turn shots, easily overcome with practice. you`ve got quite a good balance to your physique already, and are quite muscular, but to move into the miss figure class and place highly, i think you need to thicken the `rounder` areas of your figure that create the feminine muscularity look of the nabba figure girls, ie; bum & shoulders. that is just my opinion and it`s nit picking a little cos you already look good. practice the posing more though, this is more important in figure than any other class. stand in such a way to accentuate your curves whilst retaining your muscularity. do you plan to compete next year ? |

You can take it as far as you want to, ie you can become pro in figure. As to federations if you want to stick with figure I suggest you stay with Nabba as Efbb do have a figure category but it's slightly different, called body fitness. The different federations are confusing, but it does also depend on your goals. ______________________ "If a woman with muscle is more of a man, is a man without muscle more of a woman?" - Lisa Bavington |
