Hi ami. well done. you looked very good. especially hard for a novice, which ain`t easy for the girls. I have a keen interest in nabba figure as my girlfriend competes.
it seems to me you look a little a awkward in your quarter turn shots, easily overcome with practice. you`ve got quite a good balance to your physique already, and are quite muscular, but to move into the miss figure class and place highly, i think you need to thicken the `rounder` areas of your figure that create the feminine muscularity look of the nabba figure girls, ie; bum & shoulders. that is just my opinion and it`s nit picking a little cos you already look good. practice the posing more though, this is more important in figure than any other class. stand in such a way to accentuate your curves whilst retaining your muscularity.
do you plan to compete next year ?

Hi Ami, congrats on yr achievement so far. from what i can see u thoroughly deserved yr victory. two questions. how long av u been training and what are yr goals in the sport. i'v just started lifting again after many years away and aim to compete in the novices if not next year, certainly the year after. once again many congratulations

Hi Ami,

Congratulations on your achievement, pretty good for only 2 years training. You can take it as far as you want to, ie you can become pro in figure. As to federations if you want to stick with figure I suggest you stay with Nabba as Efbb do have a figure category but it's slightly different, called body fitness. The different federations are confusing, but it does also depend on your goals.
