Just out of interest what is you weight and height. I have included and old photo of me when I was 14 stone@5 ft 11. I am around 15.5 now. Also the delts and arms look in proportion, but how's the back? When I look at your physique it screams "squats and deadlifts!". I may be wrong but me thinks your training is based around machine and cable work for the upper body. You have a solid foundation, but remember, all real bodybuilders train their legs as hard - if not harder - than their upper body. I know it is more gratifying to train your favorite/stronger bodyparts, but a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Stay committed and focused and I have no doubt that you will bring up some full body front-to-back thickness to go along with your solid front upper torso. Speaking of thickness...looking very solid zx9rjas! Do you have any newer pics? Also, how do the legs look? You have that rugged look that only comes through hard training over a number of years. At the same time you look lean, but not pretty-boy lean. Great job! Thanks for posting your pics Pecman. Well done! ______________________ You don't win friends with salad |

At the time that pic was done I think my shoulders needed work and they are bigger and better now. Although not as lean as I was as I am bulking at the moment. Quads are one of my strong points and calves are catching up. Been training for 4 years from an anorexic 7.5 stone a now 15-15.5 stone. I definatly agree about leg training though, get on them squats etc as this will produce not only a better lower body but also assist in upper body growth. My chest is also my favourite bodypart as it is very advanced and I can bench a great deal and have always had no problem in its development, but make sure you train your weaker areas as these are the parts that make your physique great. Unfortunately, it is hard to stay ripped and build substantial size simultaneously. Not to worry, once you have added some muscle your basal metabolic rate increases which allows you to drop fat easier. Winter is ideal for bulking because you are all covered up during the day. ______________________ You don't win friends with salad |
