using the ones that i buy from holland and barratt, http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...8&PID=248&np=3

but i got them from like 7.99 or something. probably a load of crap but i mean check the results thats all i have to say.

also, weighed myself today and i'm 11 stone 7... madness (although i did cheat a bit coz didn't eat/drink [not on purpose] for about 15 hours before weighing)
