Default this is me, well my arm anyway ;-)

right, taking the plunge- kind of. here's me last month on the cable curl at the gym at UCF. not really a pose as such, but it will do for now. holding at just under 18stone, guns at 18.5inches....and you guessed it- natural. currently holding the most body fat i have ever had, approx 20% with abs just through, but at the end of bulking stage. cutting up soon, down to about 16stone.

cheers.

Bar,
i am 6'1(and a half). was 5'7 when i was 16, then started eating proper and genetics were unleashed and i grew half foot in the next two years.
just started adding in some cardio this week(3*15min fast walking). then next week the diet will be tightened, if i can get hold of a bulk lot of protein. was thinking of using wheyconsortium, anyone have experience of them?

Cheers.

Hiya mate, looking in excellent shape, as barry said a tremendous advert for a natural, all the doubters and self opressers take note, it can be done, once again congrats on your progress.

cheers fella. yup, it can be done without gear and prohormones, most def. more people need to realise it. they need to focus on squats and bench and less crunches, more food and less gear, less drinking/smoking and more research and thought into training.

cheers.

i agree

squats ,deadlifts and bench

them 3 alone will get you big by them selves,as long as you eat.
