| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2004 Location: Nottingham Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | Well I started when I was around 12 really, just lifting baked bean cans doing alternate shoulder presses lol! you've got to start somewhere! My uncle trains a lot and is massive! He does 200KG bench presses no problem! So I started with him cuz i wanted to be big and muscly to impress the women and be stronger than my friends at skool. Its just developed from there really and i've got more and more in2 it. I'm now building up quite quickly lifting heavier weights about every two weeks.e.g. two weeks ago doing 30KG biceps curls and now doing 32KG bicep curls. Im gunna start using ceatine soon, do any of you use it? Howz the training going for everyone else? cheers Tom |

| Making Progress | Very well done mate, its good to see that you want to go somewhere with your training, before long you too will be benching heavy, just make sure you keep your diet stable with carbs and proteins etc, i am just starting back after a spell on the sidelines mate, as for creatine yes i use it and have no problems with it, and a vast majority of the guys and gals use it also, be it powder or liquid, keep posting mate and let us know how you go, if you need any advice the guys on the board wiil be more than happy to pass on their knowledge, and all of it is excellent. Dave. |
