In response to Daves request;
I have 6 simple guidelines...
1) I COnsume at least 250g's of protein per day
2) I do consume a certain amount of junk food, byt his i mean like 1 mini snack size bag of chips once in a while or maybe an icecream or a glass of pop.
3) Get to bed early each night
4)Don't train everyday, only when you feel likeyou can give it your all
5)Lift Heavy
6) Listin to music while you lift
Thats pretty much all I do exept for my exeptional protein shakes, homeade might I add... maybe its just because i have rearely high test levels

O.k. mate, but i myself and a lot of others still cant come to grips with the extremely low fat build up, from what you have said and your routine, you must be doing something more to compensate for the amount of fat that would build up from diet non training days etc.

I work everyday and that 8involves walking 7-8 hours and even more on weekends
