Default First Cycle

I just started my first cycle yesterday: Pentadex 300 (5 test blend) Doing one shot (600 mg.) per week for 10 weeks. Have PCT ready!!

Currently on pre-contest diet, still getting plenty of protein (300 gm.) a day. My food is all CLEAN protein and fats.

35 years old. Been training seriously for three years mon/tues/rest/thurs/fri/rest/rest Cardio is at 75 minutes 6 days a week right now for pre-contest.

5' 11" 202 lbs. with 13-15% b.f. Been loosing about 2lbs b.f. per week since started pre-contest diet and cardio. In two months I should be down to 185 and pretty lean (7-9%).

Any suggestions would be great and I will keep my progress posted

are you actually competing or just dieting down?

you say diet is just protein and fats? is it a specific keto diet?

I am not competing this year. I work out with a couple of guys that are doing a couple of shows. I have been suggested by one of them (who is training me) to diet down with them to get my body seasoned to the cutting and then bulking. He says you just get that much more shredded every time you do it. I plan to do some shows with them in the future, as for now, just conditioning my body for summer and hopefully future shows. We are doing a specific keto diet. My trainer trained with Jay Cutler years ago and he has been using that ketosis diet ever since. First 2 or 3 weeks sucks but then it is not bad. Any input on the cycle Lee?

#1 5 whole eggs, 4 additional whites
#2 50 gm. protein w/ 1 1/2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
#3 7 oz. chicken w/ 1/3 cup cashews
#4 pre-workout same as meal #2
#5 post-workout same as meal #2
#6 7 oz. lean red meat w/ green salad and tablespoon macadamia nut oil

all looks ok.. with regard teh cycle, it all depends what your looking for. i would definitely add in a hardener such as tren/masteron for the last 4-6 weeks of the cycle

Beggining of week two: Will be doing my second shot today=600 mg. Pentadex 300 (sciroxx 5 test blend) I lost another 3 lbs. over the last week. (2 lbs. b.f.) I am hoping that the gear will kick in in a couple more weeks so that I can put on lean mass while cutting the b.f. My goal by the end of this cycle is 180 lbs. 7-9% b.f.

The pentadex looks good. Im using it for the cycle im preparing for september. Sure you should atleast split the dose and do it twice a week (as the shorter esters will be utilizes more effectively)? With one dose surely the prop will raise test, then it will drop a lot over the next 6 days? Just a thought.... what the vets think?

Good thoughts mate, I was contemplating the same thing. I will split it up 300 mg. mon. and 300 mg. thursday.
Going to add in ultradex (sciroxx) Blend of 50 mg. test prop/ 50 mg. tren ace/ 50 mg. masteron for the last 6 weeks
Any suggestions on dosage for the ultradex per week?

Maybe go as follows with the ultradex:
Week 1: 2ml (split)
Week 2: 3ml (split)
Week 3: 3ml (split)
Week 4: 4ml (split)
Week 5: 4ml (split)
Week 6: 4ml (split)

You should really be doing tren ace and prop eod or every 3 days though. I tapered the dose up to see how you react to the tren.

Beggining of week three: Just did my shot of pentadex 300 mg. this morning, will do the other 300 mg. half way through the week. Have not seen any effects yet, but it is only the first day of week three. Hopefully start seeing results in the next couple of weeks. Diet is going great. I am down to 196 lbs. and lost another 2 lbs of body fat last week. Will be adding in the ultradex at the beggining of week 5 for hardening. I would be stoked if I dieted down to 180 lbs. 7-9 % body fat at the end of the cycle. Train hard, eat clean, and rest........
