I am currently 21 years old and been training for about 3 years. My measurements are 6 ft 3 in and 14 and a half stone. I have some areas of the body i am happy with such as chest and arms. But there are other areas such as legs, especially calves that i am not so happy with. Is steroid use a good way of helping lagging body parts that maybe harder to build muscle.
