hi,
im thinking of taking steroids for the first time and need abit of advice on which are the best and how to take them. i would perfer to take tablets. age: 20 height: 6ft 2 11 stone male Trained for about 6 months thanks Last edited by bezer; 09-02-2010 at 09:45 PM.. |

any other info u have only been traning 6 months why do u feel the need already? have u made any gains in this time as for gear whats ya goal size? strenth? better condition? all diffrent roids for all diff things to me orals dont do a great deal on there lonesome so maby u should think more about it before u go rushing in. do u know some one who is taking? do u have some one to get from who u can trust not to rip u off? and some one to help u if it all goes tits up?

idely i was to put on a stone and half. i was training last year for a while and got to 11 stone then i didn't really put on any weight after that. i want to reach around 12 1/2 stone, then i would like to get riped and maybe lose half a stone.i don't know any one taking them but me and a friend have been thinking about it for a while and we are just doing abit of research atm to see if it would be worth while.

4 tuna sandwhiches
A good dina abit on tuna pasta after a work out then just little stacks inbtween all of them. i don't really have a programe yet but im just starting to organize one. but i train about 4 times a week but to the same stuff every time a train, traing most parts of my body at once. which im going to start to break it down to differerent parts for each day as i know this is what i need to do. |

hey Bezer,
Im new here but hav been training for a while an i may be talking outta turn, but from what your saying i really dont believe your ready to start a cycle, really do your research on your training , get a solid diet behind you and once you have trained effectively naturally for a longer period of time and your run out of gains then think about it again, sorry if this not wat you would like to here but it will pay you in the long run. best of luck |
