Default Best Oral For Fat Loss
Hiya people im looking to lose around 1st while dieting and doing plenty of cardio so i was wondering what you think is the best oral to take for fat loss. At the moment im using ephedrine but looking for someting stronger, i have tried clen and cytomel but for me it wernt that good, thinking of running dnp ..any ideas would be welcome cheers guys

Are you competing?
why would you even consider somthing as extreme as DNP for the sake of losing a stone if you arnt losing then you arnt doing enough cardio or dieting hard enough, fat burners are just tools to aid you your diet training and cardio will do the job ,

im not flaming you m8 but imo you dont need much to lose a stone

you don't need DNP mate you need a stricter diet and more cardio

I can't fathom why anyone would want to take Dinitrophenol period, let alone for the sake of a stone when it's so easy to shift fat with sensible eating,will-power and determination.Nobody seems to want to exept the fact that hard work is the only pill that works!

Leave DNP well alone it will cook u inside out and very nasty sides, diet is the Key maybe with some clen and eph alternating.
