Default cycle results - week 9

im in week 9 of my 500mg test enanthate cycle. this is my 2nd cycle. my 1st cycle i pilled on 2stone. this time the gains havent been as good. iv put on 1 stone. 1st cycle i ate ridiculous amounts of food and i bloated up big time!!!! i looked pretty puffy and bloated in the face! this time, water retention has been kept lower and im not as puffy, but i haven't achieved the weight gain i wanted. i wanted to do a bit of an experiment really to see how the gains are with 2 different diets. im still eating a good 5 or 6 meals everyday but last time i ate 8 meals a day. it will be interesting to see how things pan out in the final weeks and see what i keep after pct. The gains have totally slowed now and im struggling to gian anymore weight.

My question is - what do you guys do when cycling in terms of diet? this time my goals were to put on as much weight as possible without the totally bloated look where everyone was accusing me of being on steroids! No1 has pointed the finger this time, although i have had comments saying im big. i just hope that i keep the whole stone after PCT! Then i will be totally satisfied with the gains iv made. my next cycle i think i will add another compound. im still deciding though whether to do a cutter, bulker a mixture of both!

Nice to see someone on the same cycle of oils as me.Some before and after pix of you would be great.Im coming up to my 3rd 500mg shot this Sunday and im very pleased with my results already thus far.Strength has gone off the chart.Test E,Sus 250 does give you puffy cheeks,mine are just starting to fill out so im growing a Bin Laden (beard) to try and hide it from the wife.5-6 meals as opposed to 8 meals is quite a difference so you're right to take that into account.At week 9 the surge in size and weight will slow down unless you add a meal per day maybe!I'm eating 6 meals at the mo.My system is soaking up food like a sponge.The only reason i'm not hitting 7,8 or even 9 is because there just is'nt enough hours in my day,gotta sleep,lol.Its an interesting experiment you've got going on but i would have to say that if you're gonna bulk then go all out,get your money's worth.Its a two way street BB'ing.Your either bulking or cutting so maximize whichever phase you're on.As for people poking the finger,just say its all down to good solid training and a quality diet.They don't understand those people they think exercise is hand to pint,pint to mouth ffs!Don't set your heart on retaining all your gains.It just doesnt happen.Good PCT will save the vast majority but once the water falls away it could be about half.Seeing as its still only March you could do another bulker before the cutter.With the weather like this its gonna be some time before we can all walk around with our stringy vests on.

was your goal total weight gain or lean tissue gain sitries ? if you eat less, you are gunna put on less weight, that's easy to comprehend. everyone gets the bloated look by putting on large amounts of weight quickly. reason is because only fat and water can be added so quickly. tissue takes months and years to grow. how much will you keep after pct ? depends how long you wait until your next course. if you wait six months, you'll loose the vast majority of your gains, if you wait six weeks, you'll loose very little.

putting on more poundage if its fat is a bit pointless imo...

my goal was to put on keepable lean size this time, as i didnt want to blow up too big again. il try and get some pix sorted for you guys to see what you think. my 1st cycle was test enanthate 500mg per week for 12 weeks and anavar 50mg a day from week 10-14, then pct starting from week 14 for 1 month (nolvadex). this time i just went with test again - im reasonablly happy. but i want to seee what i keep say 1 month after pct. im hoping to keep at the very least 50% of the gains permenantly. i want to do another cycle before summer. i think that 1 will have to be a cutter - but id like to add some lean mass aswel. i also want to try a different cycle. i may do a 6 weeker of test prop and turanabol. what do you guys think???

Im going to be honest with you, I dont think your find that any of the gains on cycle are keepable in the long run. With cycleing as it stands now your basicly going on for say 9 weeks then takeing 9 weeks off before your doing another cycle in many cases (with time on time off) when you think about it your only realy going to be clear of the meds for 4-5 weeks depending on the medication used and the amounts.

so you crash for 4 weeks then go back on but your not going to be off long enough to lose it all so thats classed as a keepable gain..

I would say without aas suplementation or slin/hgh use you wont keep any of the gains from a cycle over the long term without going back on fairly sharpish.

Still pondering the cutting question.Test prop and Tbol was on my list too although frequent jabs is an issue.Test prop can be sore.6 weeks should be short enough to rotate.

it will be interesting to see what others opinion is on this. My experience kind of supports this view really. 1st cycle - start weight - 12stone end weight - 13.9stone! 2 years went by and then i started another cycle. start weight - 12.3stone weight 9 weeks in - 13.3.

so going by this evidence, i kept very little of the weight that i gained on the initial cycle. You must take into account however that i was travelling for 14months out of that 24 and i was out on the piss and training very little. If i hadnt of doen the 1st cycle then i think i would of been 11.5 stone when i got bk from travelling. therefore overall, i think the steroids have increased my baseweight.
