| Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Manchester Posts: 20 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey all first real post, anyway i will briefly talk about my first cycle about M1t, i herd negatives and positives about it, so after doing the research i took it upon my self to give it a go , at first i started with 10 mg a day with milk thistle for 4 weeks, after recieving no side effects i gave it a rest for six weeks (i think the min you can have off is four weeks but i did not want to take any chances) then i did another cycle of 20mg with the milk thistle for 4 weeks but sarted to feel quite drowsey but this only lasted just over a couple of weeks, once i completed the cycle i gave my self 8 weeks off then started my last cycle of 30mg a day , they say this is the most you can have, so i did that for 4 weeks with the milk thistle and the only side effects was just drowiness for a couple off weeks, i did not pack on anyreal size just a couple of pounds , but my strength gains were very good and came on real quick, my diet was good and my work outs were hard, so would i do this again ? yes i would, i do know it can effect people differently but it was worth it for me, i am now benching 105kg where i was before 80 kg and now squating at 130 where i was stuck at 100kg. Anyway to my question i am looking to start a cycle but after doing all the research i am still at square 1, there is alot of contridictions on what a first cycle should be, so any help would be great. I am 26 ,12.5 stone ,5"11 my diet is good and every thing else. My goal when using would be to have either no or very litle water retention, to pack on a bit of size but not to much were people just stare at you and to keep the gains once i have finised,want to do oral not inject. I am looking at ording from the british dragon website, are these a trusted sourse? | Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Essex Posts: 633 Rep Power: ![]() | your M1T cycles seem like they gave you a good amount of strength but little weight gain. personally i like to get a bit more weight gain when i cycle. if you want to do an oral only cycle then you have a few options. if you want little water retention and gains you will kep then you should go with anavar or turinabol. British Dragon stopped producing in 06 i think, but im not 100% on that. |

At 12.5 stone at 5.11 unless you are unbelievably cut you haven't reached your maximum growth potential. Its unlikely as such that you will receive the maximum gains from any gear you do choose to do as this suggests your diet and training are sub optimal. In fact you will probably lose most of the gains six months down the line. The fact that you didn't mention PCT worries me. 10 minutes of research on M1T on anywhere other than places that sell it and these days most places that do would have pointed you towards its paramount importance. |

My training is quite abit cause i am still in the military( in the marines so i am getting decent food down me ), yes i know its alot of over training but that can not not be helped Monday- before breakfast group run/ evening chest/tri Tuesday- evening- back and bi Wednesday- circuit training in the morning/ evening legs Thursday- Shoulders Friday Group run in the morning Weekends off This is how its been for me for the past 8 years so its what i am use to, it may be bit of a shock for some but hey , this is how fit you gotta be if you wanna be the best lol I know its a lot but i am getting more than enough good food down me after all its free. | Illuminati | if youre already doing alot of stuff which given that youre a marine you are- i`d suggest doing minimal exercises,but making sure theyre all MAJOR compounds. something like squats dips(or bench) and chins and abs one workout and deads miltary press shrugs and calves another. simply do the routines as often as you can honestly recover from them. ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

| Legend Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Staffordshire Posts: 865 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi there matey, if it were me i'd do as already suggested stick to major compound movements, however id cut my sets down to around 5 max per bodypart, i'd go as heavy as possible with forced reps around 8 reps to 10 max. With legs i'd probably go with more sets like 12ish and keeping the rep range high say between 15 and 20. Reason for the high rep range on legs is that they may not grow due to the existing volume of running so higher rep range may work better for you. You mention loads of food, well to be honest it has to be well porpotioned carbs to protein to fats, and to get max growth at least 5 times daily. ______________________ Back on the mend, after 2 mths off with injuries im starting back beginning of May. Ill need an operation later on in the year though.... |

Sorry if my posts seemed harsh before as if you have been in the marines for 8 years you have my admiration and respect right there. I don't know what the food is like in the marines but I imagine its shit. When you say good food what do you mean? Look at the diet threads to check yours against it. 6 oxo alone isn't correct PCT for M1t but I'm assuming you were trying to do everything legally?
