Default AAS & food

Whats up fellas! I've been reading thru the nutrition stickys guide to cutting and bulking (natural, i'm assuming right?) and some of the older post too get find answers to this question, but i can't find what i'm looking for. So apologies in advance if this has been done over and again.
Looking at 'young-guns' 2006 guide (ok, we have differing requirements, but) How much more protein, if any, would you add to his page one cutting cycle if you were doing a simple novice cycle of just Test Enanthate @ 500/week? (for an average male)
BTW when i say a cutting cycle i mean lean-mass (i hope this is the right term...)
The action of AAS is the
increased protein systhesis esp in the muscles, so is any more than what young-gun required here; it looks to me about right. But how much more would this possibly need tweaking for a 170lb male?
I know there are a zillion variables but could any experianced cyclers tell me if more protein is required, is it that the increased synthesis takes care (or better use of) the typical 150g+ meat per sitting?
Sorry its a long post, just trying to make sure i got it across ok.
Thanks for any feedback!

hello m8 general rule of thumb is 1.5 grams of protien per pound of body weight .either way.

this is a exerlent post by leeB

http://www.musclechat.co.uk/diet-nut...ting-diet.html

all the figures you need here although its aim at cutting it wont take much tweeking for a lean mass diet

if you want to increase your protien from this just add a whey shake as a extra meal .

i'm currently in the process of investigating this very issue myself. when i've finished and got all the results together, i'll post my findings. my initial theory is that bodybuilders overeat protein, including myself.

Cheers guys! Looking at my post now i realise i could have simply asked if the 1.5g per pound etc is still applied when cycling, or to tweak it some. LOL
Thanks for the feedback
