If your thinking of doing them yourself i woudnt bother until you got a good few years training behind you and if its the first time taking the gear then i would defo not jump right into these first.. |

He was taking 2 tabs a day (100mg) for 6 weeks, which is maybe why he got huge. He didnt look ripped however, just really really bulky and extremely strong. |
