Androgens downregulate myostatin. That's about as close as you'll get for now.

Clinical trials were carried out 2006, results of human trials (for M.S. sufferers) have been delayed, to my knowledge. I doubt you'll see this on the market for some years yet. What you do see right now is a BS product with a deliberate misspelling, its not what you think.
When/if this hits the market you'll see it on the news first as it'll be the holy grail for people whos lives are a miser

Like has been said previously there are no myostatin drugs avaiable for humans at the moment.

The most recent study I read was of an experimental drug being used in mice but which didnt transfer over to humans very well.

replying to my own question. but thouht it should be added here

they have started to use myostatin blockers on hmans but with like any hormone etc replacement (in this case intrafection gene manipulation) it works a lot better in smaller animals than in humans.

there have been 2 cases of chidren born with a defect gene that doesnt produce or makes them myostatin intolerrent but due to their aga and the potential for abuse no tests can be done on them until they are older which will be about another five years.

i have done some work on looking at alternative supplements and you might as well sit in the rain instead of taking them , will do about as much good.

peace
