do i use clomid and nolvadex for my pct ive done a few cycles now and never bothered with it but i do understand its importance,also can anyone tell me the correct dosage to take ive just come off a d'bol and test course.cheers

Clomid: Day one, 300mg
Day 2-10, 100mg
Day 11-21, 50mg
Nolvadex: Day 1-14, 40mg
Day 15-30, 20mg

OR

Nolvadex: Day 1-21, 40mg

i didnt buy it on my last course because i didnt know where to get it from so i just hoped ide feel ok but i wasnt so im makeing sure i get it this time.
