Then sometime after, January, I fell ill and it took a good few months to get over it and to start getting back into training, and now, I train now where near the level I was at - I'm just doing bodyweight exercise, dips, chins, press ups and a small amount of dumbbell work....... basically I'm now where near, where I was a year ago...... so, it's got to the point now that I've gone to see the quack and see if there's any underlying reason, or it's just in my head and I'm imagining it all....??? So, when I went to see the doctor, he does all the family history, diet, smoking, weight, exercise, you know the routine, then he say's "drugs, taken any drugs....." and I say, not really, smoked a bit of pot now and a again, but that's it. He say's what about steroids, have you ever taken steroids........... this is where I have a problem..... I've never admitted to taking steroids, so there's no mention of it on my medical records, thus, I've never put it down on any life insurance policies and I'm sure that when you take a mortgage out or any insurance policy they ask at somepoint about mental health, medication...blar, blar, blar, any history of steroid use.... you say yes and they **** you, they put you insurance up and they payout goes down........ because everyone knows, steroid users die young, go mental, become serial killers, eat children and can't hold their life together........ have I forgotten anything??? So, if I tell the doc, I've taken steroids, he puts it on my medical notes, something happens to me, the insurance company look at my medical notes which says something like...." UNPRESCRIBED USE OF ANABOLIC STEROIDS." and they say...oh, he never disclosed that on his policy application. It would be interesting to know what you guys think...... should I tell the doc or just see what happens without him knowing about the roids??? Please discuss.... cheers! |

Most insurance companies only check your medical notes at the time you claim as well - so you could be paying out for years only to have a claim denied. |

Unfortunately many off us dont think of these situations and indeed long term health risks in general, we put on the back burner so to speak. As for being a serial killer well not yet although tempting lol, all the best R ______________________ Placing 2nd is like placing last, Juice to win!!! |
