side effects - growth hormone vs steroids

in general just out of interest i wondered how the side effects compare between the 2. I know that steroids can cause gyno, speed up MPB, shut you down, change your mood. What are the side effects of growth hormone. iv heard rumours of increased bone density and ppls foreheads expanding etc. i just wondered what ppls views are. Are there any other negative side effetcs of growth apart from the damage it does to ur bank balence.

good line. the best way of answering this question i can think is :

ALL drugs have potential side effects, ALL without exception. the factors that determine who suffers which side effects, from which med, and how bad, are largely:

duration of use of the drug
dosage of drug used
combining two or more drugs at one time
lifestyle of the user
and most importantly of all in my opinion, genetic predisposition to developing side effects from said drug/drugs.

hence the reason why 2 different people can use exactly the same drugf, same dose, same duration, eat the same foods, get the same rest, do the same job and yet the results of each individual will almost certainly differ. it's also the reason some people smoke 20 a day for 60 years and never develop cancer, but the next person does.

so in answer to your question sitries, i'd say that while the commonly held belief is that hgh use is less prone to bring about side effects than steroids (other than painful joints and hands, carpel tunnel syndrome, water retention, shin splints, clearer skin and less money in your pocket ) every individual will experience a different level benefits/setbacks.

this is the reason hgh and steroids are prescription meds. i'm not a doctor. i can't advise on how to use drugs safely. neither can you're local dealer or internet guru.

whatever you use, you take responsability for the outcome. it's your body.

The 2 products you speak of are so vastly different in function and results they can hardly be compared. GH will not bring about the rapid size gains anabolics will and as already stated they will not give you acne, gyno, depressed HPTA, or suppresses immune system.

GH in my opinion is more beneficial to guys over 35 and guys who have reached a level with anabolics that they don't want to take any higher and are looking for another avenue to cause growth without damaging their endocrine system any further.

I personally don't think an anabolic course should be longer than 8 weeks and I think compounds need cycled to prevent shutdown but with GH the longer you use it the better it is and the results continue to come unlike anabolics which will eventually plateau.

Side effects like enlarged foreheads etc.. are normally a result of a genetic disorders that cause the body to produce huge amounts of GH (hypermegally is what its called I think). I've never heard of anyone who has experienced side effects to that level from injecting GH. The only negative effects I've got (and heard about from other users) from GH is tingling in my hands. But that went as soon as I reduced the dose.

Obviously GH is not nearly as powerful as steroids for building muscle. It does have lots of other benefits though. I've found that cuts anb minor injuries healed much faster on GH. I also managed to lose a bit of bodyfat even when I was on a bulking cycle.

If you just want to build a lot of muscle then you're money is best spent on Test and other AAS. However, if you'd be happy with mild gains (plus some fat loss) and want to avoid steroid side effects then GH would be a worth a look.
