Winstrol only (first steroid course)

Im going to start taking winstrol tabs, i just wondered what was the best dosage i have never taken steroids before...

at the min i weigh 83kg, 20% BF and im 5'8ft
my diet which i have just started is

oats or and p/shake in morning
mid morning - chicken/green beans/sweet corn
dinner same as above
mid aft.. ryvita cottage cheese protein shake
TRAINING
protein shake
tea time - chicken or tuna and veg
supper protein shake

dont really want massive gains just want a mild steroid to take

15 to 25 mg a day but i am sure someone will tell you to stack your winstrol and not take it on its own

Hi mate

Winstrol is not a good med to take on its own, can dry out joints etc. Better with DBOL imo, Plus i would recommend a higher dosage of 40-50mg per day, im a big fan of winnie prop tren cycles, now theres a hardener.
