1. Prevent you being scammed

2. Prevent the board from being the subject of a legal action

I think all members should HAVE to read this post before they are allowed to post. The Mods aren't superhuman so the names of these sources etc can be seen until the mod gets chance to edit.

Is there a law or something that says, to start a bbing forum you need pscarb and mighty mouse as mods before you're allowed...
