| Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 22 Rep Power: ![]() | Im going on holiday in 4 weeks, and i want to rip up the most i can in the 4 weeks.. what will be the best way to take the clen, i have been taking it for the last 2 weeks.. on the first week i built up from 1 tab on the first day to 7 on the 7th day then took 7 tabs a day.. would it be best 2 stop for 2 weeks, and start on 7 a day for the remaing 2 weeks.. or is there any other ways people have found work like i say i only got 4 weeks till i go on holiday and i wanna get rid of the most fat i can |

| Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 22 Rep Power: ![]() | in the morning... im having 2 pieces of toast with jam and a protein shake mid morning a protein shake dinner chicken breast beans jacket spud then go to train at about 5.30pm have a shake straight after then have my tea when i get home and a shake before i go to bed and take the clen just before i go bed |

No offence but your diet is pretty crap for fat burning purposes. For maximum fat burning you would need to reduce your carb and saturated fat intake considerably as these are purely energy sources...as is bodyfat...so if you want to burn the bodyfat energy you need to reduce the energy sources you put in your mouth. If you can tailor your diet something like below you will drop fat very quickly. meal 1:- 50g (dry weight) Oats. Whey protein shake meal 2:- chicken & green beans meal 3:- Turkey & brocolli meal 4:- chicken & green beans meal 5:- (PWO) Protein shake meal 6:- Miscellar caseine shake Aim to get 1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight per day divided between the 6 meals and take the clen first thing in the morning. Do 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast and after your workouts ______________________ APPLIED KNOWLEDGE, IS POWER!!! | Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 22 Rep Power: ![]() | thanks for that... ill try that just measured my fat index, and it 20% at the min.. dropped 5% in 2 weeks ill try this cheers... there seems like hardly any carbs, will i not start burning my muscles away ?
