Does Finasteride effect gains with test

Just out of curiosity, would taking finasteride while on a cycle with a test based AAS such as sustanon effect gains very much. I'm just curious because I've heard people advising the use of Finasteride for those who are concerned about hair loss. As Finasteride is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor that reduces the production of DHT I figure that this could posibaly stunt gains as (just going by what I have been reading on the net over the past few weeks) DHT has an anabolic effect itself apparently 4 times greater than that of testosterone.

Maybe I've got this completely wrong. It's all new to me. If this is wrong then I would be greatful if someone could set me straight

i used finasteride for my test cycle. ate like a horse andgained v well - 2stone. its hard to tell whether it affected my gains. my philosophy was better safe that sorry when it comes to the hairline IMO
