Clen/ Ketotifen/ Benedryl? - UK person needs help

Hi everyone,

Im on a clen cycle and would liek to ensure that its effective for another two weeks for final cutting cycle.

Ive read much about the use of Ketotifen to improve its effectiveness, but im having difficulty locateing some straight-forward answers. So here we go:

1. What ketotifen products are available in the UK which are NOT on prescription? ie. Over the counter availability
2. Doasges - ive read approx 3-5mg per day? anyone got any comments on this?
3. Does UK Benedryl contain ketoifen? therefore does 'standard' Benedryl work with Clen?

UK Benadryl contains cetirizene, US contains diphenhydramine. Diphenhydramine is the stuff that clears your beta receptor sites, cetirizene doesn't do this so the UK benedryl won't help on long Clen or ECA runs. In the UK Nytol contains Diphenhydramine. I just use the generic Boots version of Nytol and I can't tell the diffeence in effect between Nytol and the Boots stuff. I take Nytol at 50mg/night for a week every third week when running Clen and/or ECA.

Ketitofen works in the same sort of way as Diphenhydramine I think. I've never used it though. Its a prescription drug (I think, never seen it at the chemist) so its much easier to just go and pick up some Nytol.

great stuff, thats exactly the info i was looking for. I read much about Nytol, Benedryl (US and UK versions) but wanted someone's first-hand experiences.

Ive got two weeks left on Clen cycle. Do you think it would be appropriate to run 50mg Nytol (or simular) for the 14day?

If you're running it for just 14 days you can probably get by without it, any longer than that and I think its worth using Nytol during the cycle. The first time I ran clen I found it really hard to get to sleep so I ran Nytol and that solved the problem. It certainly don't think it would do you any harm to use it for a couple of nights in your clen run.

If you plan on running another beta agonist immediately after the clen run (i.e ephedrine) then it would definately be a good idea to run it at the end of the 14 days for a week.

On another note, I wouldn't take more than 100mg at a time. I tried 150mg before bed a few times to try and clear out my beta recepetors in one go rather than doing it over a week. It made me really twitchy and itchy at this dose and actually made it almost impossible to sleep. I don't know why this happened (I might just have an unusual reaction to it at that dose) but just thought you should know.
