would it be okay to do just one injection say every monday of 750ml as oppose to doing 3x250ml say mon,wed and fri?

Not ideal... the blood plasma levels of testosterone will be much more fluctuating this way, so there might be more side-effects from its effect on other hormone mechanisms.

if it was enanthate you could probably get away with it though, but with sustanon you have prop / short esters which really need to be jabbed at the longest E4D.

totally agree with nick 500. sus is an ester blend for the reason of controlled release, u will not benefit the same taking in one go,

you will definatly benefit from taking it all in one go this cannot be argued with but is it ideal and will you the most benefit out of it probably not.....

you'll not notice a difference. just be careful that 3ml of sust doesn't go bad, it shouldn't, but it won't be comfortable.

why i ask the question 'what does go bad mean' is i injected 1ml sus and 1ml/300mgs of deca into my right elt last week,ever since my shoulder blade and right arm have been very sore especially my forearm....does that mean gone bad

yep.

if it goes a red colour, gets very hot and sore to the touch it's a potential problem. if these symptoms persist, see your doctor. if they clear up after a few days, you're okay. of course, i'm not medically qualified, but this is my take on it, for me.

having read your post again, i'd be concerned. the pain is in a different place to your shot, maybe due to swelling. like i said, i'm no doctor. maybe you should go see one.
