Default Health problems

Hi has anybody had any serious health problems or scares while being on gear. I've heard of many cases where bodybuilders have had to come off the gear due to damaged kidneys, also how long a break would you guys recommend between cycles because at the moment I'm starting a new cycle straight after my post cycle course of hcg and clomid due to I want to compete early 2008. Thanks J-man.

my take on time off is half the time i was on cycle so if on for 10 weeks then off for 5 weeks but this is because i am competing for a non competing bodybuilder i would say time on time off rule applies...

i always reccomend to ANYONE they shoudl stay off until they feel they are naturally growing and feeling healthy and well... otherwise what is the point????

competitive bodybuilders usually understand how to get their body back to this point much quicker than most trainers!

Hi mate

Reckless usage of gear especially orals do the damage. Keeping to moderate dosages and avoiding orals is a good step IMO. Keep up ur knowledge and always ask on the boards this is a good way to avoid crap advice from guys in the gym.

all the best

R
