Im on week 3 at the moment and have started to notice some leg pain/cramp after 5 minutes running at moderate intensity. It feels a bit like acid build up after a set of weights. I do 10 minutes running 2-3 times a week after the weights. I have a good bulking diet and try to drink plenty of water but still get the pain. 5 minutes after stopping cardio the pain goes away. I think I had this very slightly when on a low dose dianabol only course a couple of years back. Also i take 10mg nolvadex /day can this cause leg pain? Can anyone shed any light on this for me, or anyone also had this side effect? Thanks |

My lower back will also get sore after walking for some time. Im glad its nothing to worry about but could anyone give me some more info, you know the science bit? I dont mind the water retention as im bulking but can anyone advise me about reducing the pain when I run? Thanks |
