Default Leg pain when on a course?

Hi everyone,

Im currently on a 12 week course of 400mg deca/wk, 400mg test cyp and for the first 4 weeks dianabol 30mg /day.
Im on week 3 at the moment and have started to notice some leg pain/cramp after 5 minutes running at moderate intensity. It feels a bit like acid build up after a set of weights. I do 10 minutes running 2-3 times a week after the weights. I have a good bulking diet and try to drink plenty of water but still get the pain. 5 minutes after stopping cardio the pain goes away.

I think I had this very slightly when on a low dose dianabol only course a couple of years back. Also i take 10mg nolvadex /day can this cause leg pain?

Can anyone shed any light on this for me, or anyone also had this side effect?

Thanks

im betting its in your shins????? alot of people get this... its basically pump/water retention small musle.. pushed up against a bone.. little room to pump/expand... end result... lots of pain.. does your lower back get tense if you walk for longer than 10-15 mins?

if im right... its nowt to worry about......

Yeah Lee, i think you got it spot on.
The pain is mainly in the shin and calf muscles and i do have some water retention at the moment. My lower back will also get sore after walking for some time. Im glad its nothing to worry about but could anyone give me some more info, you know the science bit? I dont mind the water retention as im bulking but can anyone advise me about reducing the pain when I run?

Thanks
