Default Post cycle blues.

It's 8 weeks since I finished my PCT after a 12 week course. The weight has started to fall off (6-7 lbs over the last couple of weeks) although I am now showing a nice bit of definition I miss the size, fullness and thickness that I have during a cycle.
Its my intention to stay off for 16-20 weeks as I know that in the past I've been guilty of going back on way too soon (when the anorexia in reverse kicks in). I'm determined not to make the same mistake even though I already have my next cycle in place ready to go.
I'm just wondering if any other members have been through these shitty feelings of seeing a skinny little guy in the mirror and how they get through it.

every day mate!!! lol

understand that bodybuilding is about having a goal and a plan to reach that goal. so stick to the plan. understand it takes time. dorian yates wasnt built in a day!

stick in with the good eating, change your training around a bit, do a different routine... this all keeps the motivation ticking.

thats one of the probs with steroids... once youve been on.. being off is a bit sh*t!!! lol

Rokker i really do have some serious mental issues surrounding this...

sometimes looking back at me in the mirror is a tiny-muscled, fat mess. Occassionally it goes away, but my warped self perception has been there for years and its just something to deal with. I can totally understand anorexics and bulemics.

Best not to jump straight onto your next cycle, have some proper time off and see if you can gain naturally!

Hi Mate

Well to a certain degree most bbers feel psychologically shxt when off gear. I never really stay off longer than 4 weeks at a time, however my gear courses are pretty basic and low in dosage to minimise sides. Using mainly primo and prop (currently 300mg per week of each) using mainly to keep in reasonable condition and help body fat removal. But as mentioned above keeping a high standard of nutrition and a good clean lifestyle can minimise loses when 'off'.

Hi Rokker

First off, if you're getting testes atrophy you should really be treating this with HCG during cycle.

I think all BBer's have similar mental issues when off cycle. We're all affraid of looking.......well, "normal" but you have to realize your health is important too. Take some time to catch up with friends and family have a few beers, there's more to life than rice crackers and tune fish.

The sh1tty feelings can also be related to the hormonal imbalance when you come off, its like a mini menopause. I would advise you to use something like Biotests Tribex or Alpha Male in the meantime to get your test levels back up naturally, some nolv or arim wouldn't harm either.

If arim one every 2 or 3 days would help.
