Apex EQ: Over use by date

Mate just gave me 20ml of Apex EQ. Only problem is its past its use by date (09/06)
Thing Is its looking perfectly fine, no crystalisation of the compound etc.
A few questions for those of you who have a wealth of experience to learn from on this forum !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any one have any idea if its cool to go ?

Any one any experience of using gear in this condition ?

Is it worth it, as gear is really not that expensive these days, IS IT?

There will be a small degrading of the actual drug i.e- if it was 200mg/ml then it'l now be approx 160-170.
However, the oil could be the problem as its nearly 4 months over. How contaminated it could be will depend on storage conditions as fats react to light as well as heat and air, so as long as it has been kept in a cool dark place and fully sealed, then theoretically it could be okay, however, can you guarentee those conditions. Its a risk you will have to decide on, i'm afraid.
Also, the oil is more likely to 'cloud over' rather than crystalise.

Thanx Neil. No clouding visible, infact its clear as a bell m8. Apparently stored away in air/light tight container for last year or so however, its not that expensive ne how so rather than take a chance with one's health and all that, in the trash can with it.

I wouldn't worry about it at all to be honest, any pharmaceutical product is good to go for a lot longer than a few months.

I usually agree with pretty much everything Neil R posts but this time I would say I think he could be being premature with the products degradation time. As all Apex products are boxed it should be fine.

i have mates who have had gear thats been well out of date before and not had problems with it!

Cheers Guys,

as I said to Neil the gear is clear as a bell and is unopened in its original packaging etc.

Just wanted to check out what the rest of you more experienced guys would think of using something over its printed shelf life.
