| Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: us Posts: 17 Rep Power:  |  painful ? 2 days ago i did my normal cyp in the glutes ,and this morning it is really painfull.i have had it hurt a little the day after but this is quite unconfortable.has this happened to any of yall before?did i do something wrong and should i be concerned? |
