there are lots of dodgy supplements around claiming to boost HGH... they dont! they are crap!

Don't forget Louigie these suppliment companys are not regulated, so can make lots of unrealistic claims. A lot of the stuff they claim cannot be proven or disproven it's trial and error mate and bottom line is that the suppliments industry is worth billions mate yep billions. A lot of them are not bothered about repeat business mate they just work the numbers game.

p.s. not having a pop at advertiders on here.

Real HGH is an expensive injection that is used by very experienced steroid users, so the supplements you are looking at (like Lee said), are scams.

real HGH is also commonly injected by the glitteratii of hollywoodland - actors, personal trainers and a whole host of inbetweens. in the nineties HGH became practically commercially available (via pliable physicians) in the US. i had pals who never went near a gym shooting up HGH through the abdomen. it had become a fad, a cure all. it is very powerful as a drug for bodybuilding but comes with many serious defaults too. i am convinced that anyone going into that realm at least explores and exploits the possibilities of regular steroids first.

one problem that HGH gives rise to is the uniform growth phenomenon - organs within the rib cage and body cavities grow and often become enlarged with persistent use of HGH. such enlargement is irreversible. think about it!

with the doses that are commonly used in bodybuilding(4-8iu's ed) this will not happen growth of internal organs only happens when GH is used in the does of 16iu's+ per day
if you are not a competative bodybuilder GH is a waste of money...
