| Super Moderator Super Moderator Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 1,021 Rep Power: ![]() | this isn't your diet and this is why.. 1 - you would know the exact amount of protein contained in your MRP you would not write "around 40grams" 2 - you have clearly stated in your prevouise post's that you never eat veg or salad but here you have tons of it. 3 - you mention Egg beater where in the UK are you getting these from?? 4 - you also mention that your diet is very very low in fat but here you are using flaxseed oil. it is clear from the post's you have made in the last 24hrs that you are very young and does not like guys on a board like this tell you that you are wrong... here you go as this is what i feel you wanted to hear from the start... yes that is a great plan EQ and Winny are tops and should make you very ripped and muscular hell your gonna be awesome. their you go now you can go and make yourself happy... ______________________ www.omegalabs.co.uk http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/at...ough/index.php |
