I'm on week three of a test prop cycle and basically, have felt like shit since yesterday morning. Typical flu symptoms really - aching all over, lethargy, fuzzy head and off my food. Any pointers would be great |

Diet has been a problem as I haven't felt like eating anything and have brought back most of what i have eaten. It just feels like a wasted week in terms of the benefits I would get from the cycle. It's a weird one though because it seems like the normal rules for recuperating from flu don't apply as its not really flu in the first place. Crazy stuff |
