you could give her a decent ECA stack or look at some of the fatburners that are available OTC..

Can i ask what her diet is like?? and how much cardio does she do??

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

her typical daily diet is a cereal bar for breaky, maybe some toast or a sandwich for lunch but most days she skips lunch and mainly rice/pasta and chicken/fish/mince based dinners.

she does a good 30-45 min cardio (cross trainers and running/rowing machines) before going onto the cable weight machines for 20-30mins. she does this twice a week.

from what i've read otc stuff isnt worth bothering with and she'd rather maybe pay the extra get something she knows is tried and tested and going to work.

her stomach is fine, but she wants to loose her 'chicken wings' and from around her generally hip area.

thanks

got to agree with Nick here..

the biggest problem with most females diets are they just lack protein...and women do not eat enough throughout the day so the body tends to hold onto what it has..
