| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 5 Rep Power: ![]() | Hello, I have been currently training properly for 2 years with a good diet I am looking to start my 1st steriod cycle and am looking for some advice. I dont want to inject or I would do a Test E cycle..... I am thinking about an oral cycle and which one to start with. I know Oral only cycles are not too great anyway, but its the way im having to go (cant do needles). From my research I was thinking this - Dbol 30mg a day 1-6 weeks winstrol 50mg a day 3-7 weeks I would rather just do one 6 week cycle then stop completely and hopefully keep any gains? If anyone knows of a better oral only cycle than Dbol can you let me know please? advice would be good thanks. |

Am I likely to lose the gains from this cycle in the future? Ideally I would just like to do 6 weeks of Dbol/Milk thistle then hopefully stop completley? do many people do this, or is it hard to stop after good gains?? thanks. |

| Super Moderator Super Moderator Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 1,021 Rep Power: ![]() | Dbol gains are not mostly water if your diet is clean but you can hold water with D/bol but seeing as muscle is 70% water i don't see the issue.... guys you all seem to be asking about an easy short way to build muscle...there is no easy way D/bol is a decent 1st cycle or you could use T/bol or Anavar which in general won't aromatise as much as D/bol but the gains are not as great... at the end of the day you need to sort your diet out first before you use AAS ______________________ www.omegalabs.co.uk http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/at...ough/index.php |

| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 5 Rep Power: ![]() | ok here goes...... 9am - 3 Scrambled egg's toast, oat cereal or weetabix & protein shake. 10.30am - Tuna cucumber or chicken sandwich. 11.30 ish - Train, protein shake. 1pm - Jacket potatoe cheese & beans, chicken mayo, rice..... 4pm - Sandwich, nutrigrain bar ..... 7pm - Boiled potatoes, pasta, chicken breast or fillet, or fish, protein shake. |
