Liver and Heart Protection

I'm currently taking Phera Plex and I'm taking the Anabolic Extreme product "Perfect Cycle", this aids my liver.... I have also heard good things of Liv52.... does anybody take Heart Protection?

I am hoping to do a cycle after this of Dianabol, Winni and possible Anavar with HCG and Nolvadex and would like some info on Liver and Heart Protection... what do people take?

Also amounts of Nolvadex should I be using after 6 weeks of Phera Plex?

coq10 for heart + BP protection.

Also, do you realise HCG is injectable?

after 6 weeks phera, i think:

60mg day 1:
day 2 - 8: 40mg
days 9 - 21 (and optionally up to 28): 20mg /day

SO would you use just Coq10 just for my next cycle for Blood Pressure and Heart Protection? It doesn't particularly matter for this Phera Plex cycle?

Is that what you take?

Cheers for the advise on Nolvadex... I'll use that...

Sorry, not too sure on the dosages of coq10, i think 30 sounds about right, perhaps double if you can afford it.

Did you see above what I said about HCG?

Yeah I did... on the oral steroid stack on http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/catsample.htm it mentions HCG in an all oral cycle.... is it only injectable? will you take alook at the link?

You don't need to take that though do you? you can just use nolvadex?

do some research on each compound mate, you'll see they have very different roles...
