id recommend pedigree chum... apparantly all the champions use it.... my mate shep used it once and had the coldest wettest nose hed had in his life!.... think he suffered when he came off it tho.... just had no interest in mounting lamp posts for a few weeks!

I've just done an 8 week cycle of kitekat. Great results. And I'm much more flexible - I can now lick my arse clean
