Pins & Pumps Problem

Got my gear for my next cycle the other day but my source is having problems getting the pins & Pumps

I've read on earlier threads about going to the local needle exchange. My question is how do you find where it is. I've spent the last 45 minutes going through the sites for my local Primary Care Trust, Social Services etc but with no luck. Because of my job,I can't really go to any of the local drug or alcohol services. So,any ideas where I start?

Also, has anyone got their pins from their local pharmacy and if so, what do you say. I walked into Boots this morning but felt like I did at 16 buying my first rubbers. Came back out with a tuna sandwich and a paddling pool repair kit.

(sorry extreme i know its kinda advertising but i guess there not going to pay for ad space anyways lol)

have a look on yellow pages www.yell.co.uk for something drug support related in your area. you may even find needle exchange. but there will at leats be some kind of advice line.. they will have details of needle exchnages.. just ring them and pretend your a druggie and ask where your nearest exchange is.

OH yeah! Just ordered some plastic knickers, rubber gloves and some wipes. Just don't get me started on the nightwear!
