can any 1 tell me if they have done lots of cycles without breaks, if when they did come off all there levels went back to normal??

of course this is an impossible question to answer...

if somebody does continuing cycles without PCT (which is what I assume you mean) then perhaps they would have a permanently lowered testosterone level, and screwed up cholesterol values. I suppose over a long time with very good PCT, HCG etc, everything would return to normal, but for the unlucky ones, perhaps not
