Default Danabol?

Yo,

I only go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week and do a mix of CV and free weights each visit....

I dont really have much of a diet, I eat 3 meals a day, a fair amount of junk food like burgers, fry ups etc..... I am now starting to eat a lot better, things like jacket potatoes, tuna, pasta etc.....

I want to get big the easiest and quickest way so I've got some steroids off the internet called 'Danabol' there like little blue triangle/heart shapes, 10mg tabs.
Can these tablets be taken on their own?? If I just take 3-4 a day as well as my normal gym routine is it likely that i will get bigger? or make a difference at all?

Your probably gonna say "I shouldnt start doing them now/yet" but i am going to take them anyway. Could someone please let me know what is likely to happen when i start taking these on there own? Or shall i get some other stuff to go with it to reduce any dangers??

If your diet is crap, which it is, and you're only going to the gym 2-3 times a week then you'll get very little from your Dbol.
I don't think they're a good oral to take by themselves for long periods, harsh side effects etc. Any gains you get you'll probably lose soon after.
Do you even have a clue as to how long to take them? What about PCT, Nolvade etc? No doubt you don't know what that is. Without this you could have some very embarrasing and serious side effects.
You're really going about this in the wrong way. Nobody can stop you from taking them but you could end up really regreting not doing a lot more research first. It has too be said that your "I'm going to take them anyway" attitude, sucks.
I hope you hold back on taking them until you sorted out all of the above. Why dont you post up your detailed diet and training routine then some of the experienced members can offer you some professional advice.
Also, there's no easy way even with steroids. You still have to work your ass off week-in week-out.

thanks for that info, your right i dont know what PCT, Nolvade is? what is it?

What is the worst that can happen if i start taking these tabs next week?
I want to get big as quickly as possible, i just need info on what to take with these tabs and what to eat? and the best way to train? and what i could do straight away to prevent embarrassing side effects?

lol... the worst thing that can happen.. you will look fat and watery and when you stop taking them youll look and feel worse than you do now!!

stop and think for a second... how does your body grow? it adds extra tissue to itself... where do you think this tissue comes from?? it comes from the food you eat! this is why diet is SO important.

steroids have lots of side effects and using them irresponsibly makes them even worse. it doesnt sound like your irresponsible.. just not educacted enough on how to get your body to grow quicker!

but tehy do make you grow i hear you say?? no not if your not eating correctly... one side effect is that they will make yuor body retain fluids.. making you look and feel bloated and fat.. even more so if your diet is not right.. is this what you want?

there are lots of helpful and friendly people on here who really know their stuff and can teach you alot. if you stop with the get big quick attitude youll find you get lots of help and advice and begin changing yuor physique for the better!

if yuo create a new post in the diet forum..

give your age, height, weight, how often you train (and for how long), also list what you would eat in an average day etc. etc.

ask if anyone has any advice on how to improve your diet and how much protein and carbohydrate you should be eating to get bigger!

good luck - no doubt youll get info from me too!

Sounds like you need to do your research.
Why not try some protein powders? Yeh it may take abit longer than it would with roids,but you will keep your solid gains rather than see them drop off like with d-bol only cycle.

Here is my analogy....

Steroids are like builders, you can have as many as you want but if you don't supply them with bricks they arent going to build anything.

firstly-are you sure youve bought dianabol-theyre pink hexagons in shape and color.
yes it is too soon for you to do roids if you dont know pct etc-
yes dbol will will put on water weight which you will lose-
obviously!
but if you cant do a 6 week cycle and put on muscle and retain it(maybe 5lb`s for a first time at 30mg`s a day)-
it would seem to me either youre diet and or training is way off(probably not enuff cals or overtraining)
